★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been such a pleasure to attend yoga class at Zobeida’s Mindfulness Studio over the past few months. She is consistently thoughtful, attentive, and non-judgmental, and has a clear sense of her students’ needs and comfort-levels. Unlike “zoom” classes, Zobeida has created a space for quiet, sometimes strenuous, mental and physical relaxation. I always leave her classes feeling renewed and refreshed.
