★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fun store with helpful staff. The salesman pushed a little too long. We just asked where the jigsaw puzzles were, not for a tour and a critique. BUT, that was our only critique as we were on a bit of a schedule. An excellent selection of games, puzzles, toys and novelties. An excellent source of entertainment for the active mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today just after the opening of the mall.
My ten year son was with me and there was only one other customer in the store. I say customer but it was a young man at the counter teaching the employee how to solve some kind of hand held puzzle.
The employee didn't even look at me as we entered or browsed the wares.
I went in with the intent of buying at least a few items but was very disappointed with the lack of basic acknowledgement by the staff.
I stood up near the counter looking at the pair of these guys and again, zero interaction.
I then walked out of the store with my son.
What a fail.
At least Amazon always says hello to me.
