β β β β β What great customer service! Had the pleasure of dealing with them today, both on the phone and online. Very personable and friendly. Checked to see if they had a toy in stock and not only did they check for me, they got it all ready to be shipped about 15 minutes after my order was placed. I wish the store wasn't four hours away, so I could go and look around! Will 100% order from this store again!

β β β β β I will be ordering from them again! I last minute realized that I had no where for my little guy to eat when we go from family gatherings at Christmas. I ordered a portable high chair yesterday (3 days before Christmas mind you), paid ONLY $10 for Purolator express shipping, and it showed up 24 hours later, with a lovely card with a lipbalm attached! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

β β β β β We purchased a snowsuit for our little guy in the eighteen month size thinking heβd fit as heβs a very tall baby but only eleven months old. It unfortunately didnβt and we had to send it back to exchange for the twelve month size. There was a small complication with our order (our error) but it was handled so well by one of the owners and our son now loves going outside in the cold with his perfectly fitted snowsuit. Not only is it very warm (weβve gone for hour-long walks in subzero temperatures and heβs nice and toasty when we get back) but the double zipper is the best feature. Itβs super easy to put on and take off especially for an active baby. Highly recommend shopping at Jump Baby for their products but especially for the awesome customer service.
