★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to look at funko pops with my 14yr old girl, the staff was great. Very friendly and made sure we knew what was on sale and answered any questions we had. I even signed up for the loyalty card and I don't even live there. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of games, friendly staff but if you're a Funko collector. Beware. This location has a lot of over-priced Pops that you can find at other retailers/online for at a more affordable price. Be sure to look around for alternative options before purchasing Pops from here

The girl who helped me was friendly and courteous and got her manager to bring it over to Vancouver. Big thank you to both of them! We are very pleased with the purchase and our son is super happy with the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the employees were very helpful. I was able to find boardgames that no other store in nanaimo has. I would have given 5 stars but the website from their head office was problematic at best. But I will be shopping here again.
