★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came out from here. Carlos and Jade are soooo helpful and showed their professionalism. I work with my Milwaukee torpedo level everyday since last few years. I love it because it got a biggest main vial and strong magnets which these factors guaranteed my efficiency of work. However, recently this little level appears fade out on the vials and off aligned due to my working conditions. You know what? Carlos and Jade they just need my proof of purchase date, that is! They even don’t wanna waste my time for another trip because this service center is running out stock of my torpedo level, Carols replaces another better model to me. This is what I didn’t really expected. Thank you Carlos, thank you Jade, thanks for all of your professional assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here at this service Center. Staff were quick and efficient and took in my items that needed service, and ordered a replacement after diagnosing problem. They said 6-8 week turnaround time, but was surprised when I was contacted within the second week. Collected my new tool without any issues.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Milwaukee flashlight almost a year ago and it wasn’t working all the time. Dying, then working fine etc.
I went into this factory service center and the service was very fast and friendly.
My flashlight met the criteria for a replacement and I got a brand new one on the spot. No hassle.
Great staff are employed here and I am recommending everyone to go here.
