But am I very grateful that Arvand Pouladi approached me when I was there and offered this amazing option of upgrading to a 2022. I actually love the colour, the pearl white is gorgeous. The service and communication was absolutely fantastic. And working with Hayleigh Dyke (financial service manager) was a pleasure too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a New Volkswagen Taos. My experience with Milton Volkswagen was very positive. I needed a car after an accident and I wanted to get new even with the crazy wait times. Jack was very helpful in showing me the different cars and took the time to show me all the features. Jack was never pushy and let me choose what I wanted not selling me on anything I didn't want! We ordered my car and wait times are long but that is outside their control! Warren in the finance department was very friendly and answered all my questions. When the car I was borrowing needed to be returned, Jack did a great job in trying to track down a car for me ASAP. Upon pickup he was very helpful in showing me how the new car works and took his time to go over everything. Over all a good experience with the dealership, friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to see if any manual transmission cars were available at this dealership so had on-line chat with sales person there. I was unable to finish chat, however Bryan contacted me via e-mail letting me know that they were expecting Golf to arrive that coming Saturday as a trade-in, and was just what I was looking for. I went in Saturday and took it for test drive. I was not able to commit right there and then and decided to sleep on it. They did not pressure me at all. They gave me a decent trade-in value on my current vehicle and were unbelievably thorough with every detail of sale and helped me to understand everything involved with purchase of this car. As it was 2019 I asked for it to be thoroughly cleaned (which they would have done anyway). They showed me the inspection details and what was done (oil change and change of windshield wipers) and were very transparent with car's history etc. Both Bryan and Warren were professional, polite, easy going, answered all my questions and made this purchase a great experience. I am enjoying my car and am so glad I decided to take the plunge. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to have a thorough conversation about leasing/purchasing/financing or trading in their current vehicle. Top marks to everyone at this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for new jetta trendline 2022 with different VW’s after browsing almost every store in VW. Every dealer was telling me to wait for long time to get this car. Then, I called milton VW, the salesperson Arvand help me to get this beauty as soon as any dealers. He is very friendly and helpful. Hayleigh was my finance manager. She was also very kind and helpful as she provide information time to time via email.
I highly recommend everyone to visit once if you wanna buy your car at very first from any of the VW stores. Overall, my experience was best with Milton VW. Arvand is the best guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really good experience from day one that we walked in at Milton Volkswagen, with a warm welcome and helping us, Jason Morey went out if his way to get us a vehicle. We collected our Tiguan and even on Jason's day off he came to deliver our vehicle and make sure that we were cared for. The dealership pushed hard even with the COVID pandemic, managed to get us a vehicle. Thank you Milton Volkswagen we enjoy our Tiguan very much.

Bought a 2022 VW Jetta Highline and car is gorgeous and fun to drive!
Hayleigh, who is the financial service manager was super helpful and confident in making sure you are good to go. She was super responsive with emails, phone calls and keeping you in the loop with car delivery/wait times.
Bryan, who is one of the sales associates was transparent, easy to deal with and took the time to go over all features of the car even though initially I felt that I did not need it but found his product knowledge valuable. You can definitely learn a thing or two from someone dealing with cars on a daily basis.
Great people to work with. My recommendation is to shop around and know what you want, and be well prepared. Once you have that out of the way, and you just want to finalize and have great experience go to Milton VW.
