Engage in daily activities that serve all interests from creative to competative.
Get moving with tai chi or play cards with groups.
Bingo is run 2-3 times a week choose afternoons evenings or both.
There is no reason to be alone as the Seniors activity center welcomes everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit dated, but so are their clients. Needs to be enlarged to accommodate the much larger seniors population today. They tend to keep programs secret and closed to outsiders.
