Have tried calling and emailing during office hours multiple instances going as far back as months ago, very rarely got a response. Even went in person but there was no one present at the front desk. Either change your office hours to reflect your real hours or respond to customers trying to reach out. Lorin Berballa was one of the staff I was trying to contact through email and get responses very sparingly. It makes everyones lives much easier if we know when to expect a response and not wait on a email back for days or even weeks.
S	Smeena Qazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother enrolling kids unless you want to see them crushed. It’s now second week, we still don’t have any coach. No one cares. They just tell u to volunteer to coach ur kid. No refunds now as the program has started, but no communication ahead of time to say btw ur kid will not have a coach and instead u will come every week running around trying to find help the whole time. You pay for the field time - coach, skills etc are not guaranteed. They won’t let your kid switch to a team that happens to have a coach, so despite paying the same fees, it’s luck of the draw.

Had enrolled my 9yr old for Skill Development Session on friday evening session for straight two seasons. No coaching given, no milestones tracked, no training plan. Every time there was a new coach/volunteer, or even a parent who decided to coach and no accountability to the program. Bad experience overall. Zero stars !!

Enrolled my son for Skill Development Program and at the last minute they provided information that he will play in the last batch at 8PM. I requested that we have a timing issue due to toddler at home who needs to sleep early but they did not care. Customer service is zero as they will not reply on phone and never reply to voicemail. When i asked for refund its already closed on May 10th so there is no transparency at all. I wont recommend it to anyone . Very poor experience overall will choose some other club but not this one.

One with no coach and only two players on his team, while other teams had more than ten players. They end up losing every match and losing the desire to compete or enjoy the game and forfeit every match No one to answer the phone, no one at the reception desk; it's like the club runs by parents and volunteers. A total waste of money and time.

These people are quick to grab your money and create teams with no coach and as little supervision as possible my son got so discouraged today and in my heart I was crying to see him stand on the line while other kids had there friends in same group. I was told that he would get a jersey, shorts, socks and ball and nothing was given to my son today. My son showed up with a broken arm and lots of excitement but walk away with a heavy heart and not interested in soccer anymore..... This is absurd my son should not be treated like this in such young age, I see all the negative reviews and they are all true this team is good for only one thing TO DISCOURAGED YOUR KIDS.......
