★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this little country-style museum. It is homey, and cute, and lovingly filled with local mementos. Moreover, as an infant adoptee who has been reconnected with my birth family, I was amazed to learn that many of my blood relations are interred in the churchyard where the museum now resides.
I understand the artifacts on display are also only a fraction of what they have in their collection, so I’m hoping to see more of them, over time.
This little museum has been created without the resources of the larger, more famous ones around, such as the Royal BC Museum in Victoria, but it has a lot of heart, and there is more packed into it than first meets the eye. I lingered over the displays for quite a while.
I love it.
