The professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness they offer is beyond words! They made the process very smooth and easy for me and the quality of work is top notch! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a used VW Audi BMW and Mercedes specialist importer. I just recently discovered Mike's. Mike's has very competent and knowledgeable staff enabling them to diagnose a very complex issue for my clients car a high performance Audi TT. They have successfully completed the required repairs and I can return the car to my client assured that it is functioning at 100% and there is no doubt it is fully roadworthy. In comparison with a dealership you will find a big difference - not only are the rates more reasonable - but you have the personalized service and communication with the techs. Mike has a deep wealth of knowledge from decades in the industry and specializes in VAG group and German autos. Highly recommended, something I don't give out easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Benz here, brought my daughter's VW here. These guys have fair prices, and honest mechanics. Will be bringing my car's here from now on. I left Tools in Motion (was a long time customer of theirs but wasn't treated like one), and tried Precision Motor Worx (the guy didn't even remember my appointment I made with him 3 days prior).
This place remembers my face and my name, and after only 2 visits, treats me like a valued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to take your Volkswagen for servicing! The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. I brought my VW CC in and their rates were considerably lower than going to a dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a shop for their vehicle.
