He has helped me work through various issues including neck / shoulder stiffness and pain. I have gone to other massage therapists but get the best results from Mike massages! I find it a real asset to have massage every few weeks...really keeps me feeling good so I can keep up my strength and conditioning routine as well as just enjoy life....pain free . He has an incredible ability to balance therapeutic effectiveness while also relaxing you throughout. He's also incredibly intuitive in his treatment and seems to know exactly what I want and what my body needs. I've been to probably half a dozen massage therapists and Mike tops them by far!
