★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well worth the drive to Midtown Mattress, Jean (manager) is the most helpful and most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. She knows her products, but not at all pushy, never tried to over sell me. I will never hesitate to make that drive again to get my bedding needs, you will not get this service in the big box stores !

I was given lots of information about mattress construction to help make my decision. I was not rushed at all. All of my questions were answered including my questions about pricing compared to other vendors. Delivery was scheduled for the next day, and was done as promised for a reasonable price. Great job at Covid precautions. Love to be able to make these kinds of purchases locally particularly when service is great. We love our new mattress. Thnk you Midtown Mattress!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 've bought mattresses over the years for my sons with the previous owners and was always Very Satisfied with the pricing and service! Since the new owners took over I recently purchase a bed couch and a bedroom accessory, and a few other items! My couch will be delivered once it becomes available! The price was very reasonable especially considering so many furniture/bedding stores have increased pricing drasticly since Covaid began. The staff was most helpful, sincere with a smile, and not pushy at all! I've since purchaed a bed rail and I'm looking for some quality pillows. This store just keeps getting Better! Their window displays have many attractive favourable selections! On the other hand in the past week I took delivery from The Comfort Zone Sleep Shop and paid alot of money! Tried calling them right after the delivery No Answer! The bed is very "Uncomfortable" and not what I asked for! Their website was misleading and they changed it as soon as I mentioned it! To make matters worse I was verabally assaulted and asked to leave for addressing this matter, just a horrible experience! I will never go back! I highly recommend Midtown Mattress. They have many options and definitely worth the visit. I'm sure you will see something you like! Five Stars for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased a coffee and two end tables. I was very happy with my experience. I have never had better customer service. First of all I have been looking for tables for quite some time and was having a hard time deciding the fit for my living room. I was told by the owner to take one of the end tables home to see how I liked it. I did and really liked it so I went back to purchase the other end table and coffee table. I would highly recommend this store.
