Maria Sanzo: Wow! Where do I begin with the service and treatment that I received when purchasing new furniture from The Brick. It all began online trying to pick out what it was I wanted. I had great help from Mahesh Karam who helped me put together a great furniture package at a great price. He really worked with me and I was able to come in under budget and got everything and more that I wanted. I thought that was it and then the first month went by and second and it would be a total of five long months before I would receive everything. But during this time there was one determined Brick employee who made it her mission to call me and keep me posted on what was going on with my order. This lady Maria Sanzo who I never met or knew from anything took it up herself go above and beyond and some how worked her magic and saw to it that I got everything I ordered. I actually think that she was getting frustrated that I had been waiting so long and that I wasn't getting mad about it. Maria Sanzo is definitely a team player and is someone who I would chose as my first pick to be on my team. The Brick is lucky to have such an employee. Like I said to her is I hope the suits are listening to our phone calls to see how much she cares about the customer. I could go on and on but I think you all get it Maria Sanzo is a terrific employee and a wonderful person. I truly hope our paths cross again. Thank you Maria!

I've been helping a friend with some of the more specific purchases that need to be made back when, and delivered once his building was completed. I have no qualms about recommending Midnorthern to supply each unit with the comparable products. In this case, there is a subtle but clear difference between each floor (as one rises, so does the quality, the look and the space in each unit). This, to the point where there are built-in wall units in the penthouse. Midnorthern is going through the same marketers as do others, but somehow, they managed to demonstrate the difference between each floor and yet even the first floor had good appliances - just not top of the line. They must have scoured the markets to supply our needs, but I heard not one complaint and their pricing remained the same! Not only would I hire them again, but I would recommend this team, under new management to anyone in the business.

I had a very bad experience with the delivery of my appliances but the young woman in customer service that I dealt with through the whole ordeal was nothing but amazing. Maria Sanzo was honest, empathetic and relatable She had excellent problem solving skills and followed through on promises quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful going as far as walking me thru some phone tech to send pics Coming from a sales and customer service background myself I have nothing but praise for this outstanding employee Thank you Maria for making a bad situation bearable ?

DO NOT purchase from this company. They have the worst customer services and worst appliances. As you see on all their google reviews, we are experiencing the same thing as other victims - nonresponsive customer services, broken appliances, outsource multiple people to repair that we took over 10 days off from work, worst delivery services that was verbally abusing us. We were given faulty appliances and after months of repair and still no solution. There is a reason why they have bad reviews on google and their google review rating is so low. This company was recommended by our contractor and we were too naive & too trusting that we thought our contractor would recommend a good company. It was our fault that we did not do our research. If we saw all those stuff other people are going through. we would never use them. Go to a reputable store for your appliances. Do not use this company to save yourself money and headache. Michael at this company was very responsive to your email and phone calls when you are purchasing your appliances. But he will never respond to you after they take your money. Find yourself a trusted company. Always do your research. I hope no one would fall for this again.

Sylvia has been an absolute pleasure to deal with!! she delivers excellent service time and time again we own soo many products from the brick (bed room sets sofas sectionals nursery crib ) and not one item has disappointed! she is quick friendly and lovely to deal with. I will keep going back to her for all our home purchases and recommend all our friends and family to as well! Thank you Sylvia you have made our shopping experience unbelievably easy.

Very helpful sales staff for our appliance purchase that we planned. Selections were limited due to covid but our sales rep did a great job helping to find items that met our design and budget. Appliances were delivered in two shipments without issue. Drivers were professional and polite. We also got a discount on new furniture we needed at The Brick which was an extra bonus! Highly recommended

DO NOT buy any appliances from them unless you enjoy non responsive "aftercare customer service" with ZERO accountability. My dishwasher started to leak after a few months of usage. I called for a service appointment. A technician came and said they needed to order a rubber strip to replace my current one. I asked him how long it would take and he said he was just a technician – that customer service should probably call me the next day and arrange for another appointment. Since there was no call back, I reached out to them and they said the part will arrive after 1 month. I asked if there was a way to speed things up, they said they "would try", but there was nothing from them. That's fine. A month later, I reached out to check on the status. They said it should be arriving "at the end of the day" and asked me to call back the next day. I called them a couple of days later but the number did not even work, so I replied in the email. No response. 1 more week later – phone still doesn't work. Emailed them for a follow up again, no response. 1 month and 2 weeks later – After a GREAT DEAL of persistent effort, the phone was finally picked up and they said the parts were STILL pending, and "they will email the service centre – wait for their response". No apologies, no assurances, no effort made to provide any answers, except to continue to wait and call them back. I told the lady on the phone about my frustrating experience, and she said she will call me back the next day with an update. Now it has been a few days – absolutely NOTHING from them. I am done.
