At the time when we got there, it was line up (2 group before us). With limited time, we decided to take out instead of dine in. When we pay at the cashier, the white lady waitress was not friendly at all, she told us to wait outside because app pickup! What!!!! There are people waiting by the door, and sent me and my hunsband outside in cold to wait after paid! We we're very disappointed, and don't think wanna go back anymore in that location . Even though the food were amazing.

We waited over an hour for our food, all the tables that were seated with us and after us received their food and finished their meals while we waited. The waitress simply started avoiding us everytime we tried to get her attention to ask about our order. After an hour we decided to leave, I approached the waitress and told her we were waiting for over an hour she laughed and said "yeah". I said I wanted to leave and would have appreciated an update if there was an error made in the kitchen. I also told her perhaps moving forward she should follow up with the kitchen if there's a delay in an order being fulfilled or atleast acknowledge the table. She was incredibly rude, said she punched in our order and isn't responsible for the kitchen and what they do. She even said wow I forgot about your order, its not my fault, I'm new here and just made excuses, didn't even apologize. She then had the audacity to charge us for the 2 coffees that we had been sipping on for over an hour. So unprofessional. I get its just a sunset grill but we often go with family and friends for brunch and have good experiences. The waitress was so rude. I will not be visiting this location again and will definitely tell my friends and family to also avoid this location unless they want to wait hours for their food and be met with rude staff. Such poor customer service, honestly the owner needs to have a word with their staff, I get your a franchise and people just walk in and out but experiences like these will make someone not want to ever come back. Still mind blown with how unprofessional and rude this waitress was lol
N	Nicole Marks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ honestly im a fan of sunset grill the food never fails to disappoint but the management here definitely disappointed me. my waiter was penni? penny? not to sure of her name completely but she was not enthusiastic and didn’t offer proper customer service, not only did i find she had a rude attitude to me but also to some of her coworkers and they seemed helpless so i am assuming she has some sort of position in management, i just think it’s always good to positive kind people in a work environment and she wasn’t one of them . she really ruined my experience here and if i do go back i hope there will be change.

Their stake lunch/ breakfast that we had and I asked for well done to be cooked amazingly delicious!! Keep up the good work for the chef and the servers!!! ??????
Q	Qin Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined in on Jan 2nd morning. One white waitress helped me. I ordered medium rare steak. Steak was rare (what do you guys think) and COLD inside (picture is attached). I Informed waitress and she saw it, said sorry, was willing to take it away and EXCHANGE another one for me. 30 sconds later she said chef pan fried again to make it up?!?! Really???? Steak was completely chewy after that but i did not show anger in store since there are other customers.... After I paid tip, she asked me to order medium in the future.....that's very poor customer service....
