Complained about a burning odor from the right rear tire where they had replaced a RR grease seal (charged $410.60). Burning odor persisted...they performed a second inspection...nothing found. I took the vehicle to another auto shop $1400 later.... problem solved and rear seal replaced again. I was told by Midas that there was no problem but the burning odor persisted....I do NOT recommend this dealer....given my experience I question whether the original work was done at all and the competency of the person inspecting the problem....Very dissatisfied and will NOT return. UPDATE: spoke with management and a refund was given for the work performed. Management does care about its reputation and I am happier with the outcome. Thank you Midas.

Not impressed with staff. Girl that took appointment (apparently over FB??), clearly lacks knowledge of the questions to ask. Fiance showed up for appointment and was told they don't do oil changes on that day. So they did it anyway and was told she had a synthetic oil change done. She never wanted synthetic and wanted a conventional oil, so bill was corrected and charged as conventional but not without attitude first. Even after the changes, the advertised price was $29.99 and she was charged $39.95. Definitely won't be taking any of my vehicles there again.

We were visiting family from Ottawa when our car developed an oil leak. We could not get an appointment in Ottawa for a week. Jason was able to find the part and get us in on Monday of the holiday weekend. The service was speedy, professional, and all with a smile. Best customer service I have experienced in some time. Every time I have taken my car in, Cheryl and the mechanics have taken care of me. She even stayed after closing time to get me a loner car to ensure I was safe while they worked on my car. Not many people go above and beyond, let alone are genuinely nice and make you feel safe like a mom would. But Cheryl does. Ask for Cheryl. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Dropped in to make an appointment for an oil change, which is cheaper by $20 than any other place in town and am now getting it done. While here waiting, a customer came in for an oil change and wanted, like me, a full synthetic oil change and was offered a combination oil change @ $49.99 or the full synthetic oil change @ $59.99. Got here at 9 am for my 9 am appointment and the car was taken into one of the bays in less than 20 minutes (also wanted them to check power steering). Took about an hour for them to check it, do the oil change, top up the fluids, rotate the tires and also replace the air conditioner filter and replace both license plate bulbs that were burnt out as well as notifying me that they would need to look deeper into the power steering issue I was having but hasn't resurfaced in 3 months so I will definitely be back here should the problem reemerge. Would not hesitate to come back or recomend to friends and family for their automotive repair needs.

Purchased a set of tires with free tire storage a year back. It’s a great deal but be mindful if you have an upcoming move; the tire storage is limited to this location/is non-transferable between locations. We recently moved to Toronto and because of this limitation kept our tires in storage at this location. I drove from Toronto to Kingston for a 9am tire swap appointment this morning. The front desk staff estimated the car would be ready at 12:30. I waited until 1pm, at which point I asked the staff if my car was ready. I was told it had not been brought in yet; it had been sitting untouched for 4 hours. Very dissatisfied that a 9am tire swap appointment turned into a full day affair. The most disappointing thing however was the absolute lack of communication between the front desk staff and myself regarding the significant delay. I appreciate that delays happen but failing to communicate a 4+ hour delay demonstrates a foundational lack of respect for your customers’ time. In speaking with the manager, he was very sincere, apologetic and took steps to make things right.
