R	Roger L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually post bad reviews but in this case I believe the customers need to know a few things before purchasing a trailer from leisure days or probably any other RV dealers. Like all customers we believed the sales person when they said that our warranty will cover any defects with the product and contents that there's nothing to worry about "We have Technicians that will repair your RV no matter where it is". The delivery was great the person that delivered the trailer was awesome. Our trailer has a 4 year warranty so now comes the time to claim a few things wrong before the warranty expires it's a different story. First call went to Leisure Days in Kingston. They told us that the warranty people will take care of it. We called the warranty people and THEY told us that it's a manufacturer warranty. So we called the Manufacturer and they told us that they only warranty for 1 year and hung up. Called back Leisure Days They said they can't do anything. Called the SAL Warranty They can't do anything so guess what It is now our problem. Funny how no one takes responsibility after the sale is done. PASS THE BUCK. So in conclusion I would like to warn all potential buyers don't waste your money on extended warranties you end up stuck with the repairs. PS. Leisure Days don't bother with a "We are Sorry for your inconvenience" reply its to late.

The manager Ian Kerr was very helpful in finding a trailer to suit my needs. He personally showed me around the trailer and how to use all of the features. The trailer was delivered to my site and I’ve had no problems with it. I still contact Ian from time to time with questions and have every intention of buying my next trailer from Leisure Days

We absolutely loved their huge indoor show room with so many trailer options we could look at right there inside! Also in the past their parts department has been excellent in helping us with any of our parts and accessory needs for our trailer. I would definitely recommend Leisure Days Kingston to anyone.

They called the service department and spoke with Dave service manager (very knowledgeable) who was fully booked but came out himself to look at the unit. Dave diagnosed the regulator as being defective and although they were fully booked, Don the service tech, made his way to the parking lot and changed the Regulator and also found a leak, which he repaired. They were back on the road within an hour and were very grateful for the service they received. Excellent! Fast and courteous service! We highly recommend Leisure Days RV Centre Kingston and their Team! -Trevor and Marieanne

M	Michelle Wallis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would! This was absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. The salesperson Mike was rude and pushy. Made me feel like my trailer purchase did not matter, he told me several times that there were 10 other people waiting to buy the trailer that I had my deposit on and gave me deadlines on when I had to make a decision on the trailer by. There was no decision to be made, I was waiting on financing to be processed. I knew what model I wanted to buy from the get go. When I started asking questions about the options that were in the trailer and why it was several thousands of dollars less at another dealership, his response was to “go buy it somewhere else then”, so that’s exactly what I did. Making a major purchase like this should not be turned into a stressful situation.
