Amazing customer service. Called in for a same day rotation, oil/filter change, and inspections, they got me in and out incredibly fast. Everyone is super friendly and the pricing is very consumer friendly. Everyone should be bringing their vehicle here!

Unfortunately because I cannot rate the customer service separately from the actual service I would like to just point out that the man at the front desk was kind and honest, 5 stars for customer service. What bothers me the most was having been made to believe that I was paying for a service that would solve the only concern I had gone in with initially. That was not the case. I am frustrated and disappointed not only in the upselling by the man who did my inspection (only giving me more options after my boyfriend had called him) but the fact that he lied about what was wrong with my vehicle. The man at the front desk, after I had paid for my service, mentioned the noise was simply that my wheels needed to be torqued because they had come loose but the man who serviced my vehicle had explained to me that nothing was loose & the source of my compliant was from needing to switch out and change my break pads and rotor front and rear. I would have been happy with this service if there was honesty from the beginning but unfortunately that was not the case. Frankly, I don’t even think the man knew what he was talking about considering he was trying to deter me from the cheapest option (I am an unemployed full time university student so obviously that’s a little annoying) by claiming that the brakes would be squeaky because they were cheaper (no squeak believe it or not). I am aware that people need to make money but scamming and taking advantage of your customers is not the way to go, I’m sorry.

I had some new tires mounted, balanced and a wheel alignment done on my truck. I don't use the truck much so I hadn't driven the truck on the highway until a few months later. I went on a road trip and the truck would shake at highway speeds. At my next oil change I had the dealership look into it because the truck was under warranty. I had just put new tires that were balanced and got an alignment done so I didn't think it could possibly be the wheels. Well the dealership found 3 of the wheels were over 3oz's out of balance and the 4th wheel was 1oz out of balance. I returned to Midas on North Albert and showed them the print out from the dealership and they claimed that a lot can happen in 3 months that could have put the wheels out of balance. They suggested that the weights could have fallen off so I informed them if weights fell off in a few months then they would have had to have been installed improperly. The likelihood of weights falling off of all four of the wheels to cause them all to be out of balance is extremely unlikely. Midas asked what I wanted them to do about it so I said I wanted a refund on the balancing because it obviously wasn't done properly or done at all. Midas said the only thing they could do was re-balance the wheels. They were balanced by the dealer as part of diagnosing the shake so I found their resolution to be insulting. Given how far out of balance the wheels were I would highly suspect Midas hadn't balanced them at all yet they wouldn't refund me. This business lacks professionalism and accountability. This was my first time at Midas and it is certainly the last.

Van drive shaft fell of 10pm on Friday, as we were panicking where to take it in and get it fixed on a saturday, we called Midas and right away they told us to take it in there and they will take a look. Got it fixed in 5 hours. Van was a 1989 as well, was worrying they wont be able to find parts. We out of town also so really appreciate their timely service and friendly staffs. Was resonably charged for the service as well. Highly recommand!

I had called around for brakes and rotors to multiple shops before repairing my sons car. I’m a single mom so money is always a little tight. They were the cheapest. However when I received the call back on the damage is was way more than I expected. So I called my dad, my sons dad and a couple shops before I said okay to the fix. They told me the price sounded about right. I am glad I did. They did a great job on the work. The car runs so smooth now - super happy with it. As long as they are honest and give me decent prices I would definitely go back with any other car repairs. They are super friendly and explained the cost of every single item for me. They were also very patient with me because I called them multiple times with questions about pricing and the fix itself. I encourage people to do that and take the time to call around, but with all my research and calling I was super happy with Midas North, their honesty, pricing and the job they did on my sons Subaru

I drive a 2006 Nissan Titan. Kim and the Staff were transparent in their quoting, professional in their service, and have earned my trust. I would recommend going to this MIDAS location to my friends and family.

These guys we're very nice to me when I walked in with a flat tire that could not be fixed. They not only gave me a tire to fix it but they didn't charge me because I didn't have enough to pay full price. I'll never forget how welcome they made me feel. I recommend anyone who enjoys good service with very kind staff to check them out. 5stars for me. Thanks guys and Merry Christmas to all of yous.
