When I arrived there this morning I was a little surprised that they had no idea that I had an appointment and questioned why I needed a loaner. I had made all the arrangements with Alex on Tuesday. The one guy wasn't exactly welcoming and friendly when I explained to him my situation and he told me to lower my voice as I proceeded to do so. I had a mask on and was not raising my voice but I was a little frustrated on the attitude I was given, I have to be honest this was the worst experience I had ever had with Midas. On top of this I got quoted nearly 800 dollars for rear brake change. You guys replaced them about one year ago and I can assure you I did not do 40K on them. You guys did not even give me a brake on the brake inspection. Why did I purchase brake pad warranty when its going to also cost as much as bringing my car to the dealership I'm sorry I was loyal customer for years and after todays experience I will never go back ! When I came back to return my loaner Paul was too busy on the phone to attend to my bill. I had a few questions for him but did not have a care in the world that I was waiting for him to get off the phone. Never again!

I have yet to have a bad interaction with anyone there; they are friendly, professional, and efficient. They are very straightforward when it comes to costs and will work with you to find solutions. Recommend.
R	Ricky Mansfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was heading down east my drivers headlight was blown.I went to Canadian tire and numerous other shops they all said they did not have time to replace it.i told them it was a emergency it was about to get dark and I still had 2000 kms or more to drive Well the guys at midas dropped what they were doing and replaced the headlight right then and their..please dont hesitate to take your car their.very kind and and very helpful.i was no longer stressed.tyvm again guys if I ever come through ottawa again I will stop in and say hi.keep up the great work.

R	Rimi Datta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at this location. Went in for a scheduled oil change and still ended up waiting an hour for them to take my car in. Once they got my car in they found another issue and therefore refused to do the oil change unless I fixed the other issue. So after waiting an hour not only did they not provide the service, when I left Midas I noticed that I also now had to get an alignment costing me more money, and time. Definitely won’t be going back to this location

Dropped the car at 9:30 am and it was ready to go at 2:30 pm. Very quick, and reasonably priced. Alex and Gary were both super friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I cold-called Bank Street Midas at 8:20am, and Greg cheerfully said come on in, we’re busy, but we’ll try. Mathieu had it on the hoist by 8:45, needs a short pipe section welded in. Paul entered the work order, and Mathieu got to it by 9:45, done by 10:30. Meanwhile, I walked back some Tim’s donuts for this terrific team: really nice helpful competent, such excellent work, affordable $170, and especially rising ‘today’ to my little urgency for travel. Thank you, thank you. Like Arnold said: I'll be Back!
