Ordered online December 10th - haven't received product or any notification of shipping. I've tried emailing customer service and texting twice. No response in over two weeks. I don't think I'll be getting my money back. Very disappointing but wish I'd read the reviews first. Looks like this is their standard practice.

Bought a jacket which unfortunately had a defective lining. The owner (Tanya) was responsive on Facebook Messenger and exchanged the coat without issue. Was grateful for the excellent service.

I Like local small businesses, but I had bad delivery and support and refund experiences with Mia Melon! I have ordered a jacket 2 month ago using online ordering by Mia Melon site. It was delivered after about one month but I was disappointed because it was not lined at all, it looked terrible when you do not want to close it. I returned it and received delivery confirmation from UPS 2 weeks ago. But still have no status updates about refund status. I wrote emails and messages to the support. They did not answer. I also ordered another jacket one month ago and did not received it yet. Also support did not answer to provide me any shipping status of my new purchase .

I ordered two men's jackets and only received one. I'm very happy with the quality of the jacket, but very unhappy with the customer service. Okay, there is no customer service. The company has not responded to my email and text inquiries.

Horribly unresponsive customer service. I was sent 2 of the same jacket instead of the two different ones that I ordered. Reading reviews, I had a feeling that it would take over a month to get to me and hey, I totally understand that mess ups happen...But what I didn't count on was the utter lack of care or response from thier customer service team. I messaged about returning the one jacket for what I actually ordered and recieved a message saying send it back then let us know when you've done that and we will release your correct order. I replied asking how they planned on reimbursing me for sending thier incorrect package back to them and got no reply...it's been weeks now trying to contact. Reading into other reviews a bit more I'm scared to ship the jacket back and get nothing in return. I've already spent over $200 on each jacket and find it frusturating that I'm expected to shell out even more to fix thier mistake. The jacket itself is nice...but honestly not worth the hassle.

I just got my 2nd Provocateur jacket from the main store. I'm very pleased with the quality, weatherproofing and fit of this jacket, and I'm happy to support this local business. I've read the negative reviews for the customer service and I can only imagine people's experiences. I'm lucky that I can go directly to the store and talk to Tanya in person. She has always tried to go over and beyond to help me with my items. It took patience and persistence on my part, but the issues were sorted out and I'm a happy client. I think they really want to treat their clients well, but there are growing pains, plus the effects of the pandemic/current events on the logistics just make it harder to run a business. Hopefully these improve with time because they really have great products.

I ordered a jacket back in end of November. It arrived well past Christmas and didn’t work out for me. I started the return process and sent the item back via UPS. This was done in December. I have still not received any refund! We are now in March. I have called almost everyday, called the Vancouver store multiple times, texted, emailed, and also have now started to contact via social media for some sort of response. Apparently the only person that can refund me is Tanya and she never calls or answers her phone. I wanted to support local but the lack of customer service is horrendous. I just want my refund back. I will not be supporting them and do not recommend this company. Horrible service.

After many understandable delays due to the pandemic and supply chain problems, I finally received my lovely jacket. I adore it but it is one size too small for my comfort. I tried to text as instructed at the time, I was asked for my order number, I provided it and no response since March 17. I emailed also as instructed on the website and heard nothing back. I really just want to exchange it but it is not happening on part of company. I will not purchase again from them in the future, which makes me sad because their stuff is beautiful.
