L'information communiquée par les conseillers change à chaque visite. Le service après vente est nul. J'aime encourager les magasins locaux, mais ce sera ailleurs que chez Meuble Croteau pour moi. Heureusement, il y a de nombreux concurrents à Québec. Thieves! They sell guarantees that they do not respect despite the clear indications on the invoices. The information communicated by the advisers changes with each visit. The after sales service is zero. I like to encourage local stores, but it will be somewhere other than Meuble Croteau for me. Le directeur refuse de croire qu'il y a eu erreur auprès du vendeur et rejette le blâme sur le client. Nous avons attendu 5 mois et refuse de nous rembourser notre acompte . Celui-ci est très impoli et d'aucune empathie. Très mauvais service après vente. Same thing for us. We have not received the correct color for our couch. The manager refuses to believe that there was a mistake with the seller and puts the blame on the customer. We waited 5 months and refuse to refund our deposit. This one is very rude and of no empathy. Very poor after-sales service.

On ne se sent pas du tout bousculé et très à l'aise pour magasiner ce dont nous avons besoin. Ce n'est pas notre première expérience d'achat à cet endroit et certainement pas la dernière. Madame Denise Harvey à été très aidante et très honnête dans son approche auprès de ma conjointe et de moi-même. En terminant, je reprends les mots de ma conjointe qui mentionne que madame Harvey est le type de personne qu'on pourrait facilement inviter chez soi comme amie. Je recommande donc "Meubles Croteau" à toute personne désireuse d'améliorer son chez soi. Excellent service with human, friendly, courteous, patient and understanding staff. We don't feel rushed at all and very comfortable shopping for what we need. This is not our first shopping experience at this location and certainly not the last. Ms. Denise Harvey was very helpful and very honest in her approach to my wife and myself. In closing, I will use the words of my wife who mentioned that Ms. Harvey is the type of person that one could easily invite home as a friend. I therefore recommend "Croteau Furniture" to anyone wishing to improve their home.

Otherwise shop in Mtl at Germain Larivière or at JC Perreault the prices are better for the same products

J’ai aucunement sentit le responsable après vente vouloir m’aider. Juste parce que nous avons pas vu un siège un peu plus bas avant. (Car cela cachait une planche brisé) De plus, garantie d’un an est seulement dépassé de cinq mois. La planche coûte 5$ et la main-d’œuvre 300$. Comprenez-vous pourquoi il ne paye pas la main-d’œuvres… Bad after-sales service. After-sales manager prefers not to believe the customer and not to pay labor. I did not feel the after-sales manager wanted to help me. Just because we haven't seen a slightly lower seat before. (Because it hid a broken board) In addition, one-year warranty is only exceeded by five months. The board costs $5 and labor $300. Do you understand why he does not pay the labor...
