Condos are very good, very clean, and well maintained.

Great location...great views of golf course and downtown mississauga at night.

Noise insulation is non-existent. Neighbors are noisy and rude--except for the rare few. Their best (and loudest) conversations seem to be at the elevator's door. It would sound as if it's in your living room. Very crass. They will often HOLD the elevator's doors in order to finish off their loud banter. Every time a parent is with a kid, the kids make a run to the elevator. That is translated to stomping that's heard and felt in your bedroom. Let alone the screams and idle noise they make along until they are in the elevator. Rude parents don't ever tell their children to behave and to be quiet in public areas. Kitchens are connected. You will hear bangs and thuds and clanking all the way for hours until your crass neighbor is done with the kitchen. The noise is heard well into your farthest bedroom. The walls are all dry walls; people (and kids) would often lean on/bang the wall, and you would literally feel your unit shaking as if you are inside a drum. People don't care to recycle properly--if at all. Residents also routinely drive right behind you into the parking garage without tapping their own pass cards, which is flatly against the rules; for how am I supposed to know whether or not the person sneaking right behind me is not a burglar? There HAVE been many thefts in the parking garage (plus two break-ins in the past 5 months), mind you! It's just a plain bad community culture. Neighbors have their kids run in the hallways. Garbage thrown out into the chute outside of permitted hours. And don't even ask about the recycling, because residents throw everything in the nearest bin to them with nor regards for the environment whatsoever. Stay away. P.S. you can bet the farm that whoever posted a positive note is just trying to protect their investment in by saying fake "good" things to raise the value of the units. True, it's perfect for commuters, but then what's a home if you can't feel at home. Do you really live to commute? Is that the paramount aspect?

Its a well maintained kid-friendly condo. Very close to GO train and TTC/Mississauga buses. Good noise insulation. There's Whirlpool, Gym and party room. 16 floors. Amazing south side view if you're living on top floor.

They don't make them like they used to - large floor plans (all over 900sqft), views of the lake, across from Long Branch GO and a relatively quiet building.
