N	Nayan Mathur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the worst building I’ve ever lived in. -Parking is so compact that I hit my car about 3 times trying to back out. -Lockers got constantly broken into. -Someone got pistol-whipped in the building. -Dirty dog owners in the building. Owners don’t control their dogs. -No concierge in the building. -Poor soundproofing Insulation. I could hear children scream and shout all day and night. I can't wait to get out of here!!!
L	Lee Verweel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a terrible experience with 11 Superior. We have had two robberies in our building at 11 Superior and little was done to resolve the issue. Not only that, but the property managers have been absent (at best) and frankly very rude. The party room and gym have been delayed for OVER TWO YEARS! Recently, I had a $500.00 dollar security deposit taken from our building for use of the "shared common space". There was no justification and even less communication from management. I guess they think $500.00 is chump change?! This was done after no damage was done to the building! I am extremely disappointed and thankful to be renting. At this point, all my experiences have completely lacked transparency and lacked any shred of ethical integrity. If I ever encountered a rental unit with this company as the managers, I would steer way clear. I literally do not have a single good thing to say about this company at this point and would strongly advise that you do not move in to a building if this company has taken over. I wish that they would advocate for their residents, who are being bullied by the board. I would love to share a different review but this is just my experience.
A	Amanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not an ideal condo to live in - save yourself the trouble. The property management company changes NUMEROUS times per year, they can't keep a single one around. They are too cheap to have 24/7 security, so there's a history of sketchy activities happening within the building.. so you have only coverage for 16 hours a day but they are often no where to be seen. Now that Bob, the previous consistent Monday-Friday security lead has left, who knew how to do things right, the desk is barely occupied to pick up parcels or to be let into the gym (now that fobs won't work due to covid bookings, you HAVE to have a guard let you in). The garbage disposal is often unavailable. I'm glad to be renting and although the suites are nice enough, the management of the building, and the building itself, is not worth it. I am looking forward to leaving. They also entered my unit 3 times to take photos (that's it) of a hole in the drywall they created to find a leaking pipe. It took close to two months for them to fix this hole, but in the meantime, they took photos of it 3 times? Why couldn't they just share the initial photos with whoever needed them.... it's a HOLE in drywall. And then more entries to fix it. Awfully inconvenient when you work night shifts.
K	Krista Deverson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is in the best location. Away from the condo jungle down the street and closer to the heart of Mimico near Mimico village shops. You can easily walk to trails and the waterfront and the sailing club. The grocery store is literally across the street and there’s a post office and pharmacy on the same block. Great restaurants all around for every kind of cuisine, Mexican, Thai, momos, sushi, pizza etc. The building is quiet the residents are nice and friendly and welcoming and the security has definitely improved. The management is attentive too. And the amenities are amazing with a great view of Toronto.
