A	Ashley A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * ATTENTION! WORST EXPERIENCE * On Friday, December 17, 2021. In the evening. Had the WORST EXPERIENCE with the cashier. (She is the youngest in the store wearing the black PC optimum shirt) I sometimes help some customers with their groceries shopping and I had to pick up some items at this store. I was picking up items for 2 people. Once finished I stood in line to be cashed out. The very first thing, the sarcastic way she greeted me, “GOOD MORNING” , cause I did not listen to her calling me to checkout. I ignored that and told her I was shopping for two people. I was to separate orders at cashier just like in Loblaws, Canadian Superstore, and other PC optimum stores. This woman goes on to tell me “I have no time to wait for you to separate your orders, that’s not my Job, there are signs put up at the store” (THERE WAS NO SIGN IN THE STORE SAYING SEPARATE ORDERS BEFORE CASHING OUT) I don’t understand what sort of TRAINING did Valu-mart provide this young, dumb person, who was full of attitude. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Felt I was dealing with an IMMATURE, ILLITERATE and UNEDUCATED woman. She spoke like she never cared about the job. She needs to be FIRED.(PLEASE). I have NEVER had this experience at any other grocery stores? Or PC Optimum stores. THE WORST EXPERIENCE

C	Crystal Monaco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't find a staff member to ask where a product I needed was, therefore I asked an Asian lady behind the deli counter. She did not know where it was. While walking around looking for it I came across a guy cleaning the floor and asked him. He couldn't speak English well but he was happy to help and knew exactly where it was. I found it quickly thanks to him. I wish more of the staff would know where to find and locate the products in the store. He helped me immensely saving me from walking throughout the store since I was walking with two canes. We need more like him! ?
