★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst grocery pick up and ordering app I've ever used. The app will delete my groceries from my cart randomly, it is impossible to find what I'm looking for without typing it in 5 different ways. If you somehow manage to get everything you wanted in your cart congratulations! Now you just have to pray they actually pick up up for you. Even if you ask for substitutions, it is slim to none that will be honored and it's not chosen by default so you have to manually turn it on. I have asked for subs and about 4 times now none are chosen and the item is flagged unavailable and not picked or substituted at all.
Let me preface this next point with the fact that I do not blame workers for these issues I blame poor management and policy. We spend on average about 30min-1hr for a spot to get groceries and then another 30min-1hr for the groceries to be brought out. You end up waiting outside of your pick up window 99% of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new go to location for pc express. They are great at keeping in touch with customers with any updates on your order and pick up. Everything comes from superstore (which doesn't have a location nearby). Prices reflect what is in the flyer/in store. They have added a small section in here with basics that you can purchase at a self checkout kiosk in store.
I really appreciate the customer service as other express locations do not communicate well and don't bother giving a courtesy call on your Substitutions or items that are unavailable. For this, I am a repeat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I find PC express convenient, they have a lot of work to do.
Payment issues seem to persist, I’ve had several occasions where I have received my confirmation that my order is ready when I arrive no groceries. Seems a “payment issue” stopped them from processing my order.
Of course there is no issue with the method of payment (which also happens to be a PC financial product) just an issue with employees not following proper procedures.
Substitutions provided are often over priced and/or not suitable.
I also submitted a email to customer service weeks ago and have yet to have any response.
When issues are brought up with PC express they blame the store, and the store blames PC express. In the end I’m left with no groceries and no one taking any responsibility.
On a positive note, PC express employees and customer service are extremely polite and try to be helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They limit the amount of items you can order to something so low as 40, then you have to order more frequently and struggle to plan meals. The amount of plastic bag that they send is insane! I get one or two tiny thins in a bag sometimes regardless of me asking them to use the least amount or no bags at all. I've written in and reported the service issues and never been given a resolution. The concept and pick up locations is great but they are milking people and creating a astronomical amount of plastic waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PC express makes getting groceries super easy. I love the Real Canadian Superstore so being able to shop there remotely is great. They have some deals for new users now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended to not do car pickup - when it works it's great, but when you're sitting waiting twice as long for them to bring your groceries out then it would to shop for yourself (currently 30 minutes and counting waiting now - edit - total wait time 50 minutes, and they skipped two people that were ahead of me to get it to me that quickly)
Points are nice, but if you don't go often enough to accumulate enough to at least cover the cost of the yearly membership, I would not recommend

They put a hold on your card valued at 125% of the original bill and they don’t price match for the substitutions… does anyone know any good grocery delivery? So far Sobeys, Walmart and Loblaws have all being bad experiences from missing items to half opened bags of produce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not a perfect system it is very efficient and works very well for me. Whenever there is a discrepancy with wrong items or substitutions the customer service is excellent and they always provide a refund. A perfect solution to avoiding crowded stores in our current environment.
