J	J M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building shows no care for handicap persons as our building has not had handicap accessible parking garages for the time i have lived here. It is hard to put into words how disgusted this makes me feel. this buildings management is sending a clear message, if you are handicapped you are not welcome here. Our elevators are constantly down. Often times we are down to one elevator. For a 500 room building this is unacceptable. I do not know who is to blame, but it is an unresolved issue. As i am writing this we have one elevator down and one stuck on the 34th floor. Repair eta unknown. If in need of a medical emergency you will just have to wait. Unbelievable. Many more issues i have seen from moldy storage lockers to plumbing issues, no hot air from heaters and the list goes on. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD RATING THIS BUILDING IS JUNK.

They are extremely disrespectful and hostile in any and all situations. Everything from picking up a parcel to guest parking tickets, to amenities never working. I am a Trans person living in this condo building and I have experienced a high degree of discrimination and harassment on multiple occasions. The only positive side to this condo is the location, our landlord, and the pet grooming station. Other than that, every time you want to leave the building or enter the building and interact with concierge/employees you will be made to feel deeply uncomfortable with dirty looks and arbitrary policies.

Managment and concierge service have both turned over in my 6 months here. Which says alot about the quality of personnelle the condo has now. They turned away my package for being 1 pound over and couldnt wait the 5 minutes for me to get changed and rush down. All staff including the property management dont even know the meaning of manners. Have been yelled at and hung up on multiple times even when trying to be as polite as possible. Cleaning ladies will clean the hallways while cackling and talking loudly. You will get used to 30 minute wait times for elevators as they just cannot figure out how to keep the elevators functioning. All handicap doors break within 1 week of being installed or fixed. They seem to love making outrageous policies without notice to justify their lack of excuses to deny you of a service. This is all in just 6 months time! And there is more. It's a shame because the location and building are actually really nice and convenient but the cons are outweighing the pros. Cannot wait until my lease is up.

Are you a punctual person. Well guess what, with these elevators you’ll never be able to time anything in your life again. Have you ever been stuck or dropped floors in an elevator? Want to wake up with security coming into your place without notice in the middle of the night looking for a water leak? Want to have a cold shower cause there’s no hot water after work? Want to never be able to use the pool here cause it’s broken like the McDonalds ice cream machine?Would you like management to just walk thru your door? How about being screamed at by security in the lobby full of people cause you forgot your keys? You want management to tell you that you can’t have food delivered to your door? Well stop wasting time and get yourself involved with the excitement of the Jade Waterfront Condos. 33 Shore Breeze Drive the place that will make you pull your hair out. See you soon!
