★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro Mobile Radio has a beautiful office with wonderful friendly staff who are both funny, easy going and super knowledgable. It has been a pleasure and very educational to work with them. Peter, the owner introduced all their product lines to me and explained how tough these radios can be, surviving a truck driving over them even a train! Which put my mind at ease when I do put on big events, this will come in handy for my charity volunteers to stay connected. I toured their office and met all their staff and was very impressed with their facilities and their humble attitude. They've been around for years and quite involved in their local community and always available to be supportive and helpful. I really appreciate that they have the expertise to help me design a communication plan and not just sell me a bunch of radios. They also explain the different features of their products and recommend the best options for me! I trust them and would highly recommend their services. They're also fun to work with.

The installers are efficient & responsive to needs onsite with any vehicle type. They offer an array of radio types which is nice & they are able to integrate it all online with gps tracking & digital logs which has come in handy with a larger fleet. As they have their own airtime capabilities it helps give us the right coverage @ a great price.

Update! I can't seem to write another review, but I wanted to state that after only a few months, this GPS has already saved my bacon! We had a courtesy car stolen and thanks to the GPS tracking, RCMP were able to swiftly recover the vehicle and apprehend the thief! Worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MMR VHF radio install in a Cat 980 loader. Had to replace the antenna system as well. This effort really deserves 0 stars as the radio didn't even work a single day according to the operator. Look how that Chinese radio is plugged directly into a Motorola power plug. Big kudos to the installer though, the radio mounting bracket is nearly straight.
