The estimate was done quickly and they did a great job keeping in contact with us the entire time. Once we scheduled the date they showed up on time and ready to work. The workers were very courteous about my dogs and would turn the compressor off when I took them out to the bathroom- so the dogs wouldn't get stressed at the loud sound (which I didn't even ask them to do but loved that they did). They finished the work faster than estimated and had my roof patched and beautiful in no time! They cleaned up quickly also. There was no trace that workers had been there, they left the entire area spotless. Quality is definitely something you get with company. I have already recommended this company to several neighbors and they have all had great experiences as well.

The work on my commercial building was done as it was scheduled and for the price promised. I own several properties, and two previous companies with which I worked provided dismally disappointing, negative experiences. They had the proper equipment and their own trailers to remove the old roof and replace with insulation and new membrane. They did not have any change orders and his price was competitive. If you are considering a residential or commercial roofer they can handle the job. Highly recommend

Big Guns were the only company we consulted out of a dozen that gave us the confidence they could tackle our complete project beyond just replacing shingles. The project was done on time, carefully scheduled between rainy days, and communication throughout the project was excellent. They aren't the cheapest, but we needed the best - and calling in the Big Guns was the right choice.

Excellent communication from the beginning and prompt responses from Sarah. We were very appreciative. They gave us the best quote and completion time, which they met. Every morning a full crew (not just a couple of guys), arrived between 7am-7:30am, they set up and they were ready and started work promptly at 8am every day. They worked long days, they maintained the cleanliness of the driveways and balconies throughout the day. There was never a mess left. They worked safely and were always respectful. We definitely made the right choice and our Strata highly recommends Big Guns Roofing.
