The color and the shape no longer matched her face. Not only did Susan do an amazing job color correcting my moms brows and giving her a shape that complimented her face, she was super attentive the whole way through. I was with my mom the entire time and Susan made her feel so comfortable and taken care of. My mom's brows have fully healed now and she's so happy with the results, she's been sending pictures of it to all her sisters and friends.

She also is great at finding the right colour and making sure I am comfortable during the appointment. I have fair skin and blonde hair so I was a bit worried about the brows looking unnatural, but they don't at all! Not having to fill my brows in every morning really saves me time and my brows look great even when I am not wearing make up. I have been going to Susan for my brows since February 2020 and I would never consider going elsewhere!

Not only was my service (Liner) fast, effective, and thoughtful, but she's also got a special eye for attention to accentuate BIPOC beauty. Her booking system is easy to use and was able to get in with advanced notice. It was a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Most appreciated the communication to check in with me during different phases of the service to make sure I was still comfortable and I was getting the look I expected. Great customer service.
