The receptionists clearly have zero knowledge on how to properly do their job. They made me wait for an hour and half then they told to book an appointment because they didn’t read the requisition accurately. However, the man at the appointment booking was super nice.

I've had 3 ultrasounds taken this year for my leg. The first two were at another clinic which I will no longer revisit. I can say that this place did a great job. Not only did Sarah do more than what was necessary, she went above and beyond and they provided the results to my doctor within a day. Will recommend this place to others in the future. Thanks for your attention to detail. The check in process is also well organized and safe. Everything went by extremely smooth.

I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. I was nervous, coming from a small town but directions were all clear, and there was a good organization to process many people. The kindness from the staff and technicians was very appreciated as they patiently explained the process and answered questions.

I had the opportunity to visit recently for two tests. It's very rare for me to leave a comment of written feedback, perhaps twice a year, total. I'd like to commend the staff, and the designers of the flow and management of your operation. It's pretty rare for me in business to see what I did that day in Jan 2022. 1) while there was a waiting line outside due to Covid, call-up was punctual, and the reception between the doors was quick and audible. 2) seating was organized and clear voices called us to the windows. 3) I could see the flow of staff behind the glass-orderly, happy and efficiently focused on business and not chit chat. All clearly visible to customers when they looked. Pleasant even with difficult customers. 4) Tidy and well kept corridors, soft lighting and quiet in the rooms, which had a good temperature. 5) All the technicians I spoke to during my procedures were friendly ,easy to understand, answered my questions in plain english, and offered explanations appropriate to what I was asking. Very Professional and warm. Thank You All. So, pretty much 10 out of 10, even in such a trying time as what we are all going through right now. I've lived in other countries and can tell you from experience that, at least what I saw, they set the bar pretty high. Let's support our Health care staff in a very tough job.

Went for an ultrasound today (Saturday, April 9th) and would just like to add a positive review/experience for this clinic. It became busy just after I arrived but the staff were pleasant and things moved fairly quickly. Waiting room had spaced apart chairs and was clean. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again or recommend them.

Most efficient and organized medical place I’ve ever been to. I was in and out exactly on time, and it was fairly busy. Every staff member that I interacted with was very kind and helpful as well. If you are getting any tests done I absolutely recommend doing it here.

They recommended arriving 20 minutes before your appointment time. I was able to check-in with a receptionist 5 minutes after arriving. They took my wrist temperature and verbally did the Covid screening questions. Remember to bring your health card and requisition paper. The ultrasound tech was very helpful and friendly and made it a memorable first ultrasound experience.

Had to go here today for an ultrasound. I was told to arrive at 12:30 which I did only to find a lineup of people outside in the cold waiting to be let in. The majority of which were elderly patients who could barely walk, let alone stand in frigid temperatures for extended periods of time. I waited outside for 30 min before being let in only to find out the hold up was one person doing covid screenings at the door. This is something that can easily be done over the phone or online prior to patients arriving for their appointments. Then once inside I was told to have a seat and wait to be called. Another 30min go by and when I am finally called up to the counter I’m told my appointment was an hour ago and they won’t be able to see me today. I told them I did everything I was supposed to but their system for receiving patients is backwards and completely defeats the purpose of having an appointment time. The young woman was very nice and sympathetic. She even told me that the staff hates the process themselves and have asked the owners to let them find a better solution. She was able to locate a someone who was available to “fit” me in and I finally got my imaging done. It was an absolutely infuriating experience and something that should have taken an hour ended up taking me 2 hours. Between their needless delays and the drive there and back, I missed half a day of work.The staff at this clinic is lovely (only reason I’m not giving it one star) but honestly, for your own sanity go somewhere else! Especially if you need an ultrasound. Being told to drink a bunch of water, and show up with a full bladder only to be kept waiting for hours is not my idea of good service or caring about patients.
