★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to this clinic couple months ago, and so far, I am very pleased with their services. Despite the fact this clinic is 30km away from my home, but that doesn't stop me from returning. I am happy as well as my teeth, they are also very happy. When I walked in to the clinic, the warm atmosphere greeted me with a smile. Perfect customer service is what I see from them, and I feel like I am welcomed like a family.
Dr. Liu always greets with a friendly smiles. He does not forget who I am and takes an interest in my life outside of the office. He takes his professionalism seriously and will provide you his best recommendations. He makes me feel calm and comfortable throughout dental procedures.
I had a couple of bad experiences in other dental clinics I have been to, however Mer Bleue Dental Centre, not just meeting my expectations or fulfilling my need, they tend to exceed my expectations and go beyond the horizon.
I would really like to appreciate and thank Dr. Liu and staff members for their amazing customer services and hospitality.
200% recommend for anyone to go to, and guarantee everyone will leave with a big smile one their face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my visit Thursday it was nothing but smiles. The atmosphere at Mer Blue was very inviting.The office is so clean and we'll kept. The staff are amazing, especially the two young ladies at the front desk. Awesome service, relaxing and best of all they did a great job with my 2 kids.I definitely recommend coming here.

Starting right when you walk in with the beautiful receptionist, then off to the amazing hygienist and finishing with the wonderful dentist. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under the pandemic circumstances, Mer Bleue Dental Centre is doing well to protect their patient from unnecessary exposure. Their office is clean and the staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. Their fees may appear high but they will work hard to mitigate foreseeable expenses. They also submit claims electronically making your life easier. And in the eventuality that more surgeries or procedures are needed they will communicate directly with your insurance provider to confirm the insurable amounts.
As they knew I was a student with a fixed (OSAP) income and a limited benefit plan, they worked around my personal finances. The cost can still rise higher than expected but it is worth paying more for healthy teeth.

I can see why my wife highly recommended them and I will ensure that all future Hygiene appointments (I am Military) will be through them. Thank you all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my dentist since moving to Orleans 4 years ago. Always greeted with friendly smiles at reception, appointments are always on time (or ahead of time!) Kind, caring, knowledgeable hygenists and dentists. Accessibility is great for anyone suffering mobility impairments.
Thank you Fariba for the lovely cleaning service. You are incredibly personable and gentle with my teeth and gums! Thank you for working your magic with my sensitivity. I am drinking ice cold water again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year my mom went to this clinic she needed a root canal done the dentist tried pulling her tooth out when she realized she couldn’t she said come back tomorrow and my superior dentist can see you. She couldn’t open her mouth after that and she had a locked jaw. When we went to Merivale dentist he did a root canal in 5 minutes and said this tooth should have never been tried to be pulled out since it was a HEALTHY tooth. One year later and my mom is suffering from tooth pain from that tooth that they tried to pull out. This dental office never took accountability for their actions and said that the dentist already explained the risks. What risks ?! For a root canal that she was UNABLE to do ?! I never write negative comments but this dental office should be looked into for their horrible dentist when you don’t know if you can do something or not why do you take a chance and try wiggling a tooth out. My mom was crying when she left the dentist office and she’s still suffering to this day.
