H	Heather Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security staff at 100 Harbour are very friendly and welcoming, always saying hello and happy to help with questions. The online resident system is very useful for booking elevators and also receiving building notifications. There are definitely some building-specific issues that management is aware of, and hopefully these will be resolved (parcel receipt specifically). Be aware that guest parking is in a nearby building and will cost you, and there are no short-term stopping spots (for if someone wants to help you bring your groceries up). All in all, I had a smooth move in and am happy with my unit.

It is quite obvious that she is really dedicated to protecting our condo (100 Harbour Street) from uninvited guests/ non-residents by the way she trains the concierge and security guards. This is really important for the safety of the other residents and I am so appreciative of how she has helped me handle the two terrible tenant situations I have had!
B	Breakitoff 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the Harbour Plaza West and I enjoy very much living there. The staff is friendly and always doing their best to be help. I've had some renovations done to my unit a couple of times and dealt with the property management. Lucy was extremely helpful and prompt to address to my concerns. She made sure that the process was smooth and that the staff was aware of the renos. She was also open to any feedback and asked me what they can do to improve the process for other residents in the future. If you have concerns, I recommend you reach out to the property management and I'm sure that they will do the best they can to help. Thank you ! - Adam

K	Kristy Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menkes Condo Rentals (MCR) are rude and act like you should just be happy to stay in their “hotel”. I would stay in my apartment alot longer if I could deal with a “real owner” who has a bit more care for their tenant’s satisfaction. Owners should take note.
C	Corrado Chiaramida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dwell in Etobicoke. Menkes the Developer and Menres the property management company are two very different things. However, based on my experience I can’t blame the people at Menres as they are always kind, but they are in an impossible position - they are either overwhelmed or poorly managed and therefore operate way below expectations. They’re hardly onsite and they don’t follow through on things that matter. Email and posters has been their only strategy. I firmly believe that putting in place a low-cost property management model is part of Menkes’ strategy as a builder when a property is first handed to owners (so maintenance costs are low). This site has had three different property managers (people in charge I mean, all Menres), and at the end of this month a new company is taking over. Finally our board has chosen to move on. I’m certain our costs will only go up from here, and we already pay as much as a high-rise (except we only have a parking lot). i.e. no onsite security, sporadic parking enforcement, no pool, no gym, no games room, and filthy garbage rooms.
C	Carl Laffan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented in Harbour Plaza for 2 or 3 years & loved it so much we decided to buy a unit in the building. The concierge team is always friendly and super helpful. The PM team has always looked after us with any requests we've had.... i.e - we did some small renovations in our new unit, the SPM Lucy & her team were extremely responsive & made things SO easy!!
