I've been coming to this Dental Office for 7 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the Front Desk staff, Hygienist, Dental Assistants, and Dentists who work here. Isabel, Sharon, and Dr. Tony Kim are all super high quality professionals and I have had zero dissatisfactions in my 20+ visits over the years. Direct insurance billing and convenient Friday afternoon/Saturday hours are also a huge plus! Literally attached to the Sheppard-Yonge TTC Station as well.

I have been a patient here for several years and am very happy with the dental care I receive from Dr. Kim and his staff. Appointment booking is easy and Isabel always sends multiple reminders prior to the appointment which is very helpful. Overall very professional and friendly team!

YS Dental is the best dental place I have ever been! Last year I was searching for a new dentist and came across Yonge Sheppard Dental, my and my fiancé’s experience have been surprisingly pleasant with everyone here! All the staff are very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, they are always a pleasure to speak to. Isabel is such a sweet lady to talk too especially, she made you feel that you are always being treated respectfully, welcomed and informed with everything that you should aware of. Most importantly, Dr. Kim is an awesome dentist! For those who had terrible experiences with dentists in the past, he truly made me and my fiancé feel very comfortable and reassured during all of our visits. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere and I always look forward to my dental visits. I came across Yonge Sheppard Dental, while I was urgently searching for a dentistry near my area after experiencing a terrible gum inflammation. The first day I called Yonge Sheppard Dental, I was greeted by the beautiful Isabel, who is very friendly, accommodating, and mindfully listened to me as I explained my situation. She made sure that I got every requests that I came prepared with. Dr. Tony Kim, one of the smartest, and friendliest doctors I have consulted with, explained that I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and it needs to be done as soon as possible, (boy, was he right). Everything that Dr. Kim has suggested and shown to me during the initial check-up made sense. He made sure that every procedures that were needed for my teeth cleaning, scaling, to the wisdom tooth extraction were intact. The hygienist, Sharon is very kind and friendly; when she was cleaning my teeth, I watched Netflix for two hours while at it. It was such a relaxing experience. Thank you, Sharon!! xx Yesterday, I got my wisdom tooth extraction here, and Dr. Kim and his assistant, Sylvia were very prudent and patient while performing the procedure. *This is the first clinic I came across that has a sleep anaesthesia for wisdom tooth extraction (but definitely check with them beforehand to book that type of procedure). The clinic provided me with a Pre-and Post Op home care guide (two days before the extraction) and it was very easy to follow. Everything the doctor and the dentistry's staffs have recommended me has worked to my favour, whether it be a flossing technique, brushing technique, home care after wisdom tooth extraction, prescribed antibiotics and pain medication and when to take it etc. I am beyond grateful that I chose Yonge Sheppard Dental as my dental care because they all know what they are doing, and while at it they always have their patients' best interest at heart. Isabel checked up on me today and I was so chuffed that I forgot my pain for a bit. 10/10 recommend this dentistry. The best team - Very professional and really kind! My experience from the reception to the surgery was amazing. I was nervous because my 2 bottom wisdom teeth bothered me a lot but Dr. Kim and the team removed them without much pain, and I am currently being recovered very well! This place will be the place for my regular check up :)! A small update! Got my cleaning recently and it was most gentle and gentle scaling I ever had!!

What a wonderful and welcoming dental practice! Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain treatments. Isabel is super helpful and always looking to offer a geat experience. She even submits your insurance claim. Trina was fantastic at cleaning my teeth and she took her time and was thorough and mindful of any discomfort. Highly recommend a visit if you are in need of a great dental practice!
