★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we attended an event for work and decided to get a limo to make it easier. Choosing Memories Limo was the best decision we ever made, they arrived on time with a clean car and exceptional driver who was professional and very funny. We changed our pick-up location last minute and he had no problem finding the place. Everything about his service was fantastic and I cant wait to use this company for ALL future events. Thank you again so much for making last night one to remember!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too many for this incredibly unprofessional company. I booked a limo two weeks ago for part of my mother in law's birthday party. I was sent a confirmation email that everything was all set up. This morning I called just to confirm since the party is two days from now and was told that everything was fine. Then ten minutes later Dave called me back to let me know that he couldn't actually do the pick ups and drop offs as we had scheduled and previously agreed to. His "solution" was to completely change the schedule which would have ruined the whole party. Had I not called this morning to confirm, I wouldn't have even know about Dave's change in my plans so the whole party would have been ruined. Thankfully I was able to book last minute with another company. To make matters worse, he even put all of my credit card information including the CVV number on the back of the card on an unsecured email. I had to cancel the credit card in case someone was able to access my information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience with Memories - airport drop and pick up. The owner was responsive, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Not only did he wait over 2 hours for us when we were delayed coming home but he had grabbed our group of 6 pizza because he knew it was late and we had been stuck on a plane for a very long time. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Memories Limo service for my daughter's 15th birthday party. The limo was nice and clean. Organizing the plans with the owner, Dave went very smoothly, and he was so accommodating. The driver, Nan, was PHENOMENAL! He rolled out the red carpet (literally) for my daughter and all of her friends. He made sure the girls were safe and comfortable for the entire evening. The girls had an amazing time and made me promise to use Memories Limo services for their prom. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
