★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service from the sales associates. An African-American sales rep with short hair was extremely rude and offensive. She also lied to me about how many dress bags they had left. I Will never shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clothes. One of the staff was very snooty and had no concept of customer service. Should have taken her name but forgot to. She had a heavy Spanish accent. The store manager was very nice and fair. Bought a dress that had tag for less money but at the check out was charged more. Then was told by this Spanish lady that computer was correct and tag was wrong or some customer must have fraudulently switched the tag. When I showed her same price tag on all the other 5 pieces, she just shrugged and said she cannot do anything about it. Luckily the manager heard this and told her to charge what was on the tag and override the computer. I don't understand why such people work in retial jobs when they hate people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melanie Lyn's Heartland location has always been my favorite..the customer service provided was always excellent..however today I was assisted by a new staff Sonia..her gesture, the way how she spoke and her expression was rude, very intimidating... it was not a pleasant experience I didn't feel good ?. This was disappointing specially in Melanie Lynn store, I always believed that they give extra effort on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store gets an A+ for customer service and management. Sonia (store manager) and her team provided a friendly, professional and well managed environment. Sonia went out of her way to satisfy my need for a different size by calling a nearby store and making sure I had the chance to get the outfit the very next day! Thank you! I will definately go back and I highly recommend this store and the staff.
