I am glad that Medigas is in Belleville. They have wonderful products and their customer service team is excellent . They exceeded my expectations in how they could help me. I highly recommend Medigas in Belleville.

I took a cpap machine in to have the pressure adjusted upwards I knew the setting required for a second machine to keep in a second location I frequent. . They refused to do it for me. I was an hour away from my home machine and it would have been very inconvenient to go back as I was on a timeline. My machine is my lifeline. Very Unprofessional of them.

I have to say that I have had nothing but good experiences here but I just feel the need to comment on Paul Saliba's experience because it seems to be a lack of education on his part. For those who don't know, the pressure on a CPAP machine requires a physicians prescription to initiate therapy or to make changes to the pressure. I happen to have a CPAP myself and know that the vendor cannot make changes to the pressure without a physicians order. It is not unprofessional of them, in fact it is just the opposite. They're bound by their medical license to follow these rules. That being said, the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable on each visit. I would highly recommend this Medigas location.

My review of MediGas is based on the purchase and servicing of a new power wheelchair. I've been left with the impression that I was doing MediGas a favor by sourcing my new power wheelchair from their business. The customer service I experienced was very poor. In terms of the sale related customer service: Multiple times I experienced poor follow up. This happened to such as extent that I made a complaint to their national office. The service department's customer service was poor in a different way: I received a speech which I found to be demeaning when I expressed concern over the new power wheelchair. When the service department repeatedly didn't diagnose the issue I e-mailed the CEO of the wheelchair manufacturer asking for help. Indeed there was something more wrong. This was found by the manufacturers service technician. Where a power wheelchair determines my quality of life the urgency was missing in the customer service I experienced. I hope MediGas is able to improve in the future. But as for me I've moved on.

Eric (at Medigas) really gets it. I called when I was having some headgear problems, looking to replace a clip. After being told at two other CPAP stores in Belleville that those clips weren't available, and that I would need to buy new headgear ($70), Eric told me to stop by for a replacement clip, even after I mentioned that I wasn't a past customer. Medigas will be my FIRST stop from now on !

I have been amazed by this company's professionalism and the effective service they were able to supply. Colin was the representative that I worked with. He was very knowledgeable and I was amazed that I was able to take home my device home after the very first consultation. I highly recommend Medigas. This is an amazing company!

Got my first cpap here 3 years ago September service by Colin was excellent. I have referred several people to them. This past Sept noticed machine stopped transmitting via mobile network to the ap or head office in late July and called him. Since then have spoken with him 3 or 4 times and left 3 or 4 messages and a vm with no return calls. Can't get a straight answer. Just need to know if it's covered by warranty or not. Received a voicemail from the store, saying a replacement machine was ordered Nov 5th. revised review to 4 stars. Had I simply gotten a phone call keeping me in the loop at any point, it would be 5 stars.
