N	Nick Ferguson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a lawn roller. Told me it would be in the following Monday. Called on the Tuesday and they told me they don't know when it will be in. This store is extremely unorganized and nobody has a clue what's going on. Will take my business elsewhere.

Not only can they not send an order in a timely manner but they cannot communicate any issues. It has been me calling and following up with the company as to where my order is for a month in a half (full payment was taken upon order). Even after getting an email to "pick up" the order at the store ..... it still wasn't there and the store is actually even worse to speak too. I was offered no discount, no rush just that it would be reshipped after no one can find the order. And that it will now take another two weeks at the least. Best advise I can give future buyers.......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY........LOOK ELSEWHERE.
C	Cindy Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store was clean, well organized, shelves tidy. I gave them a three because it was hard to find clerks on the floor at 3 pm on a Saturday. We went there for a tractor seat cover, apparently they no longer sell tractor seat covers. Are they no longer a farm supply company selling farm supplies/tractor supplies now that they are no longer TSC? The closest to a tractor seat in the store was a bar stool with a tractor pan seat on it.

While I understand, having worked retail in this town myself, how draining and tiresome it can be dealing with customers, it is kind of the point of being open. Unless you know exactly what you're getting and where it is in the store and can engage minimally with staff then I suggest Home Hardwar or Canadian Tire.
P	Pine Grove Farms Cierra & Lenore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I made an order on line that stock said 3 in stock I made my payment and now it's out of stock and I have had the run around with coming from another store well only 2 stores have a few in stock there is no effort to get it shipped for me. Almost a month since I ordered. Very disappointed with lack of communication. I should have been informed next day when it was not in stock !

We were informed the web info was not updated. There was others in stock in the warehouse so we asked to order it while we were there. We were told we had to do that ourselves from home..... We have since done this, but I do not understand why the staff at the store could not have place that order to their warehouse on our behalf while we were there. This seems to be a frequent issue with Peavy Mart - no different when it was TSC. Advertised stock never in stock, then wait weeks to get it. This was also the same long before the pandemic. With all that being said, the staff at the store are friendly.
S	Sean B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of outdoorsy products. Wide array of starter vegetables for our garden. The boys in the back even helped load very heavy items onto my truck without me even needing to ask.
