★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always like to check quantities online before coming to the store , good prices and selection of goods. A well laid out store with helpful workers , but hard to find them at times.The yard workers are very eager to load what you have bought. Quick and easy with ample parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I try to buy from the paint department at Rona I am faced with dealing with a woman who is without doubt the nastiest and least help helpful sales rep. ever. Today she couldn't help find the stain I needed nor match a paint color. All the while with such a nasty disposition. If this was my store she would be long gone! I made the mistake of going to Rona for the brand names but will never be back because of this old girl!

Service is poor the majority of the time about 90% of the time when I ask for a part I end up returning it because it is an incorrect part. Once I asked for a drain stopper and no kidding the rona employee handed me a toilet flapper.
