the staff were nice and a gift card refund was issued but my allergy request was ignored by the kitchen and my food made me severely ill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had any issues before, and issues weren't huge but notable. One meal came way sooner than the 4 others and the salads ordered, then 2 of the 4 steaks were very rare rather than MR. Noticeably late refilling coffee and drinks because I needed a drink to counteract all the pepper and had nothing. No cutlery until we asked for it, even spoons for coffee and the dessert with the combo was brought out within about 5 minutes of receiving meals. Just seemed very unorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy Saturday night service, we went during peak supper hour with a table of 8. The manager was great, lined up a table for us in minutes. Quick and friendly wait staff, drinks were full and the food was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and friendly service. We ordered choco milk here for our kid but they didn't have any in the back, we weren't at all concerned just got him juice instead. They sent someone out during dinner rush to pick some up and surprised us with it just after our food arrived.
Thanks everyone at Mr Mike's you went well above and beyond for us !
