Not the case i received a phone call with 24-48hours, we had a quick and clear interview phone call. received all forms to complete within minutes of getting off the phone. Picked up my sleep study equipment with in 2 weeks! The staff was friendly, and explained clear instructions. Dropped of the equipment the next morning. Overall great experience! Hopefully i dont have to go back medically speaking. Would deffinitly recommend this location/business to anyone needing their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was referred to Careica there was no long wait getting an appointment with them. The sleep kit was ready when I went to pick it up, and the woman in front was nice and explained on how I was to use the sleep kit. I like that she didn't have a grumpy attitude and didn't seem like she was in a rush. I like that she was patient with me because I do have a bit of a low mumbling voice some time. I would recommend my friends to Careica.

I got my CPAP machine to start my apnea therapy and it been a big help, at first I had a bit of a uncomfortable feeling with a couple of the nose pillows but the third was and is a good fit for me there for I have been getting more sleep.
