Je demande un rdv au sans rdv du lendemain. On me dit de rappeler à 20 h. Il m'a fallu 100 appels non stop afin d'obtenir la ligne pour être à nouveau en attente. Je trouve cela assez ordinaire. J'ai persisté car mon fils doit vraiment voir un md, mais la dernière fois j'ai essayé pendant 3-4 jours d'affilés et ce fut sans succès. Petit conseil, soyez patient ! Good evening! Here is a perfect example that our health care system is failing. My son is registered at this clinic with such an md. I ask for an appointment without appointment the next day. I am told to call back at 8 p.m. It took me 100 non stop calls in order to get the line to be on hold again. I find it quite ordinary. K	Kim Laneuville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- il y a personne a la clinique mais quand tu appel ça te met en attente et te dis de garder la ligne. 2- super difficile d'obtenir un rendez vous avec son propre médecin alors imaginez au sans rendez-vous. 3- la secrétaire les cheveux court avec lunettes ça jase de toi partout si t es pas capable de parler respectueuses ment au monde change de job 1- there is no one at the clinic but when you call that puts you on hold and tell you to keep the line. 2- super difficult to get an appointment with your own doctor so imagine walking without an appointment. 3- the secretary the hair runs with glasses that jaze of you everywhere if you are not able to speak respectfully to the world changes job

Le services est vraiment pas bon. Their system is too complicated to have an appointment c always made online or on the phone at 8 p.m. except that it's always full or you can't get the line! The service is really not good.

Why is it so complicated to make an appointment with your family doctor, even online?!.. and trying to get the line on the phone, which lasts forever, as if we had that to do! and good luck getting the line for the walk-in it quickly becomes full!..
