★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service… je suis aller au privé pour pas perde une journée de travaille pour mon garçon de 2 ans qui se plaint d’un mal d’oreilles plus de 2 jours .. on me dit de continuer sur les tylenol dans la nuit sa rempirer j’ai perdu une journée de salaire pour aller au clsc en urgence et sa pris 10 min j’étais sorti avec ma prescription pour une otite qui était assez clair pour le médecin !!!
 Very bad service… I went to the private sector so as not to lose a day of work for my 2 year old boy who complains of an earache for more than 2 days .. I am told to continue on tylenol at night. getting worse I lost a day's salary to go to the clsc in an emergency and it took 10 min I was out with my prescription for an ear infection which was clear enough for the doctor!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une institution qui ne pense qu'à aligner les clients sans se soucier de leurs bien-être. Je suis arrivé avec 9 minutes de retard avec ma fille qui avait de la difficulté à se déplacer à cause de la douleur et ils ont simplement annulé le rendez-vous sans considération pour l'état de ma fille. Sans même lui jeter un regard. Je prend le blâme pour le retard même si on nous avait la mauvaise heure (5mins de différence). Je pense sincièrement que cette établissement devrait revoir revoir ses priorités et voir les gens qui s'y présentent comme des humains qui ont besoin de traitements et non comme un 200$ de plus.
Un merci quand même à la secrétaire qui a fait son possible dans la situation.
An institution that thinks only of aligning customers without worrying about their well-being. I arrived 9 minutes late with my daughter who was having difficulty moving around due to pain and they simply canceled the appointment with no consideration for my daughter's condition. Without even glancing at him. I take the blame for the delay even though we had the wrong time (5mins difference). I sincerely think that this establishment should review its priorities and see the people who show up as humans who need treatment and not as an extra $200.
A thank you anyway to the secretary who did her best in the situation.
