★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incapable de prendre un rendez-vous, j’essaie de l’ouverture à la fermeture. Un message enregistré nous dit que toutes les lignes sont occupées et de rappeler plus tard. Le site web?!? On n'en parle pas : toujours un message d'erreur lorsque je tente de prendre un rendez-vous en ligne... très déçue et frustrée de voir à quel point il est hyper difficile d'avoir un rendez-vous avec mon médecin de famille....
 Unable to make an appointment, I try from opening to closing. A recorded message tells us that all lines are busy and to call back later. The website?!? We don't talk about it: always an error message when I try to make an appointment online... very disappointed and frustrated to see how difficult it is to get an appointment with my doctor of family....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je m'y suis présenter sans rendez vous et on m'as pris en charge rapidement. Tout le personnel étais tres amical. J'ai vraiment aimer le service ainsi que la rapiditée et le professionalisme. Si vous avez besoin de consulter pour une urgence mineure c'est LA place par excellence ou aller. Je tiens a remercier tout le personnel ainsi que la clinique de radiologie située en face.
I went there without an appointment and they took care of me quickly. All the staff were very friendly. I really like the service as well as the speed and professionalism. If you need to consult for a minor emergency, this is THE place to go. I would like to thank all the staff as well as the radiology clinic located opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always have great service with Dr Nguyen he has been my family doctor since 37yrs then he was in Laval des rapids. He was then transferred here and the service is still as great as it was in the small clinic in Laval. The secretary and staff always happy to help with a smile and when your sick we'll the help and support you receive with kindness and a smile make up for how you feel at least it really helps. I would recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Nugyen who to me is one of the greatest doctors I know I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing to say about the receptionist nor the nurse. Both really polite and attentive.
Dr who saw me starts the appointment telling me I should have taken an appointment with my family dr cause they cannot be treating everyone there... mind you it was the CHUM ER who gave me the appointment for me not to sit on the waiting room all night.
Then proceeded to examine me dismissing all comments made to him and treating only my symptoms.
Oh and btw, I cant go there again for my problem as he made it VERY clear they will not be doing any follow up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service, I'll personally get health services from another clinic.
1- Learned from a follow-up call the day before that I had a meeting scheduled even if they never called me, the receptionist being sarcastic in a desagreable manner when I asked for the meeting details.
2- Despite learning it last minute, I took time off from my job and drove 1hr to my rendez-vous only to learn on-site that the meeting was cancelled and to be rescheduled in multiple weeks. The receptionist seemed to genuinely not care about the situation.
