★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu de comment tout ça ces gérer!! Manque de soins pour les personnes âgées qui on besoin de soins plus particulier!!! Ils mettent l’emphase beaucoup plus sur l’argent qu’ils font et non sur les résidents!! Très très gros manque d’humanisme!! Je ne recommande pas cette résidence!
 Very disappointed with how it all manages !! Lack of care for the elderly who need more special care !!! They put a lot more emphasis on the money they make and not on the residents !! Very very big lack of humanism !! I do not recommend this residence!

Je trouve que votre résidence à l'air tellement triste, un petit sapin à l'entrée, quelques décorations de Noël, aucune à l'extérieure. Quelle tristesse pour les personnes qui y vivent, aucun spectacle durant les fêtes. Au prix que les gens payent, je suis triste. Et surtout pas beaucoup de stationnement pour les visiteurs.

I find that your residence looks so sad, a small fir tree at the entrance, some Christmas decorations, none outside. How sad for the people who live there, no show during the holidays. At the price people pay, I am sad. And especially not a lot of parking for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mes grands-parents y sont aménagé récemment et ils sont satisfait de l'endroit. C'est une nouvelle résidence donc tout est propre et en bon état. Par contre, il y a encore certains ajustements et améliorations à faire qui vont surement être révisé au cours des prochains mois. Par exemple, l'aménagement extérieur est en cours, le petit bistro dans la salle à mangé n'est pas encore en service et malgré un bon menu dans la salle à mangé, le service est trop lent pour quelqu'un qui mange là à chaque repas. D'un autre côté, les activités offerts sont intéressent et l'ambiance est très agréable.
My grandparents are there recently and they are happy with the place. It is a new residence so everything is clean and in good condition. However, there are still some adjustments and improvements to be made that will probably be revised in the coming months. For example, the exterior design is in progress, the little bistro in the dining room is not yet in use and despite a good menu in the dining room, the service is too slow for someone who eats there at every meal. On the other hand, the activities offered are interesting and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Le personnel est en général attentionné et courtois.
Si c'est pour votre budget et que vous aimez le coin, c'est pour vous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma mère y loge depuis bientôt un an et elle est très bien traitée, le personnel est gentil et souriant. Il y a eu un roulement de personnel assez important au début mais il semble y avoir plus de stabilité ces derniers temps. Lorsque nous avons rencontré la direction pour leur faire part de certaines lacunes, nous avons été écoutés et bien reçus et des correctifs ont été apportés assez rapidement. Rien n'est parfait mais avec de la bonne volonté on peut s'en rapprocher...

S il ne l est pas, attention, quand le résident doit être dans la section des soins ( rez de chaussee) même si la famille est très présente, toute demande est un litige.... nous devons parler à 4 ou 5 personnes pour ns faire comprendre, il y a beaucoup de lacunes et un manque de communication évident avec les proches aidants Centre que je ne recommande pas du tout.
Comme mon père a habite le florea avant, je vous conseil d y aller faire un tour avant de louer au chatwell, .
Comme ce centre est plus petit, tous les services sont 100% meilleurs, de même que les communications avec la famille.
Le chartwell est démuni de tout humanité.
