★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très satisfaite, j'ai fait 4 cliniques sans jamais avoir de rendez-vous. Quand je me suis présentée je suis passée tout de suite malgré le fait que je n'avais pas de rendez vous, on paie mais on a un excellent service! Le docteur que j'ai rencontré était très aimable et professionel. Très belle expérience.
 Very satisfied, I did 4 clinics without ever having an appointment. When I introduced myself I went straight in despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment, we pay but we have excellent service! The doctor I met was very friendly and professional. Very nice experience.

I received super good service with the super nice nurse welcome and what to say about the same doctor yes he has costs attached to her but its super fast thank you again I really like your approach a kindness thank you again

J’ai choisi une clinique privée pour éviter le temps d’attente inutile a l’urgence, mais finalement ils m’ont envoyé à l’urgence ou j’ai attendu 12 heure pour une prise de sang. Sont pas du tout équipés même pas capable de faire des tests sur place juste la consultation coûte 225$ juste pour m’envoyer faire des tests ailleurs ?en tout ça m’a coûté 1250$ et j’ai d’autres tests à faire. A l’accueil la secrétaire n’était même pas capable de me répondre aux questions. Je me demande pourquoi on paye autant d’argent? Pour des beaux yeux ?...
A déconseillé ...
I am not at all satisfied. I chose a private clinic to avoid unnecessary wait time in the emergency room, but eventually they sent me to the emergency room where I waited 12 hours for a blood test. Are not at all equipped not even able to do onsite testing just the consultation costs $ 225 just to send me off for testing elsewhere ? all cost me $ 1,250 and I have more tests to do. At the reception the secretary was not even able to answer the questions. I wonder why are we paying so much money? For beautiful eyes ? ...
Not recommended ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait maintenant quelques années que je vais à cette clinique et j'ai toujours eu un service impeccable. J'y ai même mon médecin de famille, Dr Nathalie Poitras, et c'est la meilleure ! J'ai vraiment confiance en elle et ses compétences. J'ai beaucoup de problèmes de santé et j'ai souvent 3 millions de questions, mais elle est toujours patiente et disponible pour moi, même lors d'urgences de dernière minute.
I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and have always had impeccable service. I even have my family doctor, Dr Nathalie Poitras, and she's the best! I really trust her and her skills. I have a lot of health issues and often have 3 million questions, but she is always patient and available for me, even in last minute emergencies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service à la clientèle. N’informe pas le prix pendant la prise des rendez-vous. Et n’informe pas de les frais de cancellations. Faites attention et demander toute les informations.
Bad customer service. Does not inform the price when making appointments. And does not inform of the cancellation fees. Pay attention and ask for all the information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Alexandre très à l’écoute et très sympathique mais en ce qui conserne les Secrétaires un vrai désastre ne réponde jamais au téléphone n’envoie pas les papiers ou sa prend des jours avant de l’es recevoir je ne suis pas là seule à penser ainsi je crois vraiment dommage
Dr Alexandre very attentive and very friendly but as far as the Secretaries are concerned a real disaster never answers the phone does not send the papers or it takes days to receive it I am not there alone to think so I really think it's a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'attend toujours un rappel suite à un courriel et un message vocale (1 mois pour un RDV) pour mon père. Entre temps nous avant été dans une autre clinique privé.
I'm still waiting for a callback following an email and a voice message (1 month for an appointment) for my father. In the meantime, we have been to another private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to do this , but I hope by writing what happened this will never happen again. I brought my 17 month old here due to high fever for 4 days . I was not satisfied with the hospital telling me it was just a virus so I decided to go private. He was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Only to realize after 2 days of my son taking these antibiotics that the doctor put his weight as 20 kg instead of 20 pounds. Therefore , for the past 2 days , my son was taking more than double his dose . Although the side effects of amoxicillin overdose is not dangerous, the 5 diarrheas and 2 vomiting is not something a parent likes to see their child go through nore is it a walk in the park for the child . I understand mistakes happen, but not when it comes to our health . Luckily it was only amoxicillin and not a more potent drug , in that case the side effects could have been A LOT more serious
To leave off on a good note , I have been here in the past and encountered amazing doctors. We didn't get so lucky this time .
