I asked this doctor over the phone if I could get my blood work checked and he told me that he can't do that for me over the phone, I later found out that this was a lie and he absolutely could have. You dont want to give me a blood test fine but why lie about it?
H	Heidi Morton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor we have is excellent. However the office is not run well. Very limited hours, with lunch breaks in the middle of the day and no voicemail system. The pharmacy answering service just tells you to call back when they are open which is useless information. I’ve also had issues with showing up for appts that had been cancelled for in their system no reason or notice.

They "forgot" to send my husband's referral while he got sicker, and they have quite literally been rude to me on the phone numerous times, including today! I don't understand how somebody could have an MOA job and have to interact with patients and aalso be such a rude individual. I'm sorry Dr. Naidoo, but you need new staff.
J	Josh Sou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll start off by saying Dr Warmenhoven is an amazing doctor and I have nothing but great things to say about him however his administration team lacks empathy, professionalism and common sense. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic however they turned me away and told me to reschedule even after explaining I have pain and concerns. Every single time I’ve visited I arrived early and they sat me down in the doctors office for 30-45 minutes but suddenly when a patient is late it becomes the end of the world for them. I understand it’s a busy office and I don’t mind waiting to be seen by the doctor but to turn me away because of 5 minutes is ridiculous especially when I’ll be waiting in his office anyway. I work in the administration office for a dentist office as well and understand that things can get hectic however we never turn away a patient for being late 5 minutes.
