★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The MOA at this office is beyond rude, and horrendous to speak with on the telephone. I have had to deal with her for a personal appointments, as well as professionally and she is beyond disgusting to communicate with on the telephone. I hope no one has to ever speak with her there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chancey is regarded as one of the best orthopaedic surgeons in the province and this is clearly evident in the way she cares for her patients. I am currently recovering from a sports injury and her attentiveness and bedside manner is very rare in today's practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chancey has a lot of respect from me . She handled my surgery with professionalism and a lot of care. She took action fast after I've badly fractured my hand and perform the required correction surgery, with consideration for me and my future, as an active young person. Even in this pandemic times , I felt that the after care I've received was exemplary and that is why my recovery is unbelievable fast and well.
Thank you Dr. Chancey, we need more doctors like you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been waiting 3 days for a call from Dr Chancey regarding child's broken arm - MOA has been increasingly extremely rude, and Dr Chancey has yet to return any calls made - we still do not know extent of broken arm injury, what treatment is needed, or how to support that at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chances is fabulous but beware of her receptionist. She obviously hates her job and/or people. I have NEVER dealt with someone so rude and condescending.
It IS actually possible to do your job AND be decent to people.
Dr. Chancey should be concerned about her reputation because of this awful employee.
