S	Shaun Callaghan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing - errors in the will despite reciting the notes taken correctly up front, error in the bill ( i owed more than the invoice showed) - the final annoyance is the attempted price gouging to increase the bill. We sat in the office on a weekday and indicated our son would need to come in to sign a document when he visited on a Saturday (gave a specific date) - Once i had confirmed the date with my son, i emailed to ask for the Saturday appointment - the first response was you have to call to make an appointment (which is in todays electronic age poor in my opinion), so we called..... and got voicemail. Voicemail was responded to quickly only to be told it will be an additional $200 to add a signature to 2 documents as it was a Saturday - despite this never been mentioned while we sat in the office indicating our plans. Last time i use them for anything...

I couldn't find a notary to do my paperwork and she was willing to take me on short notice even if she was already fully booked . She was very patient dealing with my contractors lawyers as they kept changing completion dates and not responding to her messages. But she was very diligent and persevered and kept me well informed of any issues and managed to get the work done so I was able to take possession and move into my new home. She worked closely with my realtor and my mortgage broker who both highly recommended her so that everything was done correctly and I wouldn't have any issues in the future. I'm so happy I took their advice and used Cassandra as my notary.
