β β β β β I was standing outside their office door (which was locked) with my marriage affidavit. It's maybe max 10 minutes of work for them and basically free money on their part. Called the number on the entrance door and had a Chinese female who answered and wouldn't let me in without an appointment due to COVID - and repeatedly yelling "WHAT?!" at a potential customer, when she could have just opened the door like a normal human being. This occured at the end of April - around half a month after all restrictions have been lifted. It was a very rude and irritating experience.
