J'adore mon médecin et le personnel. Mais le système téléphonique c'est non. I am not able to speak to the secretary. The phone system is rotten 1 hour wait without talking to someone ... do something .... love my doctor and the staff. But the telephone system is no.
G	Gab Dumas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel toujours courtois, belle clinique. Mais pourquoi maintenant c'est si compliqué d'avoir un rendez-vous en étant même inscrit à la clinique ?? Ne donne pas de rdv par téléphone, on doit ce connecter à minuit en ligne pour avoir un sans rendez vous le lendemain, minuit ce n'est pas très pratique en pleine semaine de travail et que l'on ce lève tôt.. Le processus de rdv est sencé être facile et non un vrai casse-tête. Svp changez la façon de faire pour votre clientèle! Staff always courteous, beautiful clinic. But why now is it so complicated to have an appointment even being registered at the clinic? Do not give an appointment by phone, we must connect at midnight online to have a walk-in the next day, midnight is not very practical in the middle of the work week and that we get up early .. The process Appointment is supposed to be easy and not a real headache. Please change the way of doing things for your customers!

Il y a de sérieux problèmes de communications au GMF St-Paul ( Service téléphonique embourbé ,site internet propre inexistant, ont nous réfère a un site du gouvernement du Québec?) I did not find any access on this site that would allow me to make an appointment with my family doctor who works in this clinic. What is the point of having a family doctor if we can not reach him? There are serious communication problems at GMF St-Paul (telephone service bogged down, own website non-existent, have we referred to a government site of Quebec?)

Quoi de plus insultant finalement de se faire raccrocher la ligne au nez. Sans parler du message qui nous dit qu’aucune agressivité ne sera tolérée. Vivement un gestionnaire compétent! POURRI communication service. Rotten telephone RVS service. And an answering machine which also refers us to the portai POURRI. What could be more insulting in the end to be hung up on the line. Not to mention the message that tells us that no aggression will be tolerated. Strongly a competent manager!

Aucune disponibilité sur le portail en ligne. j'ai un médecin de famille et c'est plus facile d'obtenir un rendez-vous dans une clinique de sans rendez-vous que dans ma propre clinique ! C'est dommage, car j'aime bien mon médecin mais le service téléphonique est POURRI. je pense sérieusement à me faire remettre sur la liste des orphelins pour obtenir un autre médecin. Impossible for me to speak to my family doctor's secretary. It's ridiculous, after waiting 1h30, I get tired and I hang up. No availability on the online portal. i have a family doctor and it's easier to get an appointment in a walk-in clinic than in my own clinic! It's a shame, because I like my doctor, but the phone service is Rotten. I'm seriously considering getting put back on the orphan list to get another doctor.

M	Ma Rie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'adore le médecin de mes enfants, mais prise de rendez vous complètement ridicule !! Aucun rendez vous par téléphone uniquement par le portail a minuit!! Sérieux! La secrétaire m'a carrément dit on veut pas vous parlez pour un rendez vous, vous allez sur le portail c'est plus rapide! Pas vrai, il y a jamais de disponibilités. Je suis obliger de prendre rdv avec mon doc a moi pour mes enfants a une autre clinique au sans rendez... qui prends 5 min a prendre et toujours des disponibilités. I love my children's doctor, but making an appointment is completely ridiculous!! No appointment by phone only by the portal at midnight!! Serious! The secretary flat out told me we don't want you talking for an appointment, you go to the portal, it's faster! Not true, there is never any availability. I have to make an appointment with my doc to me for my children at another walk-in clinic... which takes 5 minutes to take and always availability.
