Unable to talk to anyone .... waited several minutes without ever having someone on the other end of the line !!! I am however very patient, but there are limits!!!! if they are so busy they should hire other receptionists!!!!!!
J	Jessica Larivée Leroux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On te donne rv à 12:40 avec un enfant de 2 ans et à 14hrs on me dit encore 30 minutes de retard , la médecin est nouvelle et a du retard ...on s'entend pour dire qu'elle est 2 heures en retard, ça serait quoi de nous appeler avant qu'on se déplace pour nous prévenir du délais au lieu de devoir être 2heures a attendre dans la salle d'attente avec un enfant malade..du n'importe quoi They give you an appointment at 12:40 p.m. with a 2-year-old child and at 2 p.m. they tell me another 30 minutes late, the doctor is new and is late... we agree that she is 2 hours late. late, what would it be like to call us before we move to warn us of the delays instead of having to be 2 hours waiting in the waiting room with a sick child.. nonsense
L	Lise Trahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait depuis le mois de novembre que mon pharmacien a envoyé un fax pour un renouvellement de prescription j'ai téléphoné a plusieurs reprises pour savoir s'il l'avait reçu oui il me confirme mais le Dr rouleau n'a pas le temps de le valider on est rendu le 19 décembre pas encore de nouvelles car selon la secrétaire le docteur va me téléphoner demain et demain ça fait plus d'un mois que j'attends ... Qui fait quoi dans cette clinique !! Je n'ai pas le choix d'attendre aucune clinique veut me prendre car le Dr rouleau est mon médecin de famille Est ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui regarde les commentaires En janvier j'irai au privé on paye mais on a du service Car ça me prend des jours et des jours au téléphone pour prendre un billet chanceux pour avoir un rendez vous pour avoir un examen annuelle avec mon médecin et je me fais dire le Dr rouleau n'a pas donné ces dates de journée rendez vous !! Il est où le problème !! Il y a des heures et des heures d’attente pour joindre le secrétariat, j’essaie depuis déjà 4 jours de retourner un appel parce que mon médecin voulait me voir, soit les lignes sont pleines et on doit rappeler plus tard, soit il y a déjà 14 autres personnes qui attendent (ils ont 15 lignes) et ça fait deux fois que rendu à mon tour je me fais raccrocher la ligne au nez. Ça vient encore de m’arriver après 72 minutes d’attente, c’était rendu mon tour et ça a raccroché. Service dégueulasse. The appointment booking service was already archaic before their move but here we are breaking records. There are hours and hours of waiting to reach the secretariat, I have already been trying for 4 days to return a call because my doctor wanted to see me, either the lines are full and we have to call back later, or there is already has 14 other people waiting (they have 15 lines) and it's been my turn twice to get the line hung up on my face. It just happened to me after 72 minutes of waiting, it was my turn and it hung up. Disgusting service.

Cela évite l’attente au téléphone et il est possible de voir les disponibilités de notre médecin. The implementation of the online appointment system is really great. This avoids waiting on the phone and it is possible to see the availability of our doctor.
M	Maeve St-Pierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le service est franchement médiocre. arriver à l’heure pour mon rendez-vous, apprendre que finalement il était cédulé 30 minutes plus tôt (je dois mentionner que je n’avais pas reçu de courriel de confirmation, mais c’est possible que ce sois mon erreur effectivement), donc devoir quitter et recéduler le rendez-vous. après avoir fait 4 HEURES de voiture pour venir voir mon médecin de famille, qui était au courant de la longueur du voyage (c’etait ma seule option, pas moyen d’avoir un autre médecin plus près avant des années) je repars sans solution, sans consultation et sans aucunes accommodation nis empathie de leurs part. je suis abasourdi the service is downright poor. arrive on time for my appointment, learn that finally it was scheduled 30 minutes earlier (I must mention that I had not received a confirmation email, but it is possible that it was my mistake indeed), therefore having to leave and reschedule the appointment. after driving 4 HOURS in the car to come and see my family doctor, who was aware of the length of the trip (it was my only option, no way to have another doctor closer for years) I leave without a solution , without consultation and without any accommodation or empathy on their part. My doctor (Dr. Alexandre Quirion) was also always on time.. He always tooks time to check me and my baby. He also answers all the questions I will have. He also doubles checks me whenever I report something unusual. Even to the extent of calling the hospital to coordinate with the test and scans he wants to do right after my appointment with him.. I was lucky to be under the care of the best OB-Gyne.. The clinic is so clean and organize as well. Unlike with other clinics I had been, here there is no long waiting when you have the appointments..
